Hey so im 16 and have been training for about 14 months and I have seen good results.
Now im focusing on losing some bodyfat and after that im probably going to clean bulk.
I have only been doing 5 day splits till now and was thinking about if I should change to a full body workout what do you recommend ?
What about training a specific muscle twice a week ?
