Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Gonna be rough - checked my loss amount. 15.8lbs so corresponding to roughly 850 calories deficit every day for 9 weeks straight. TDEE calculators say my estimated (sedentary) maintenance calories is roughly 2300-2400. I'm skirting that 1500kcal a day line then for my deficit. **** me... Though I work out 6 days a week on PPL and occasionally jog a 5k 2-3 times a week which I wasn't sure how to add as an estimation to my TDEE.
