    Best recurring billing merchant/gateway provider?

Best recurring billing merchant? I've used Authorize since 2014 after having problems with Intuit. I have all clients on 28 day billing cycles. Want to compare fees with other places. Intuit had coding messed up where it wasn't allowing me to set up auto billing cycles and it literally took them like 2 months to fix it so thats why I left.

All together I end up paying about $500 for every $10000 earned.

May be cheaper to cut out my bank and go directly through Authorize? My scheduling software does have auto billing but not flexible enough to include the 28 day option which is a necessity for me.
