It seems 300 mg's of caffeine is the norm these days but I have to throw up a white flag at that point. Too much for my personal preference. I am still very impressed and have to give credit where credit is due. This is a packed out formula for sure and I hope it does as well as it should. Kudos CL!

I've not loved the taste of many CL preworkouts. I've found them almost chalky. I'd love a good cherry limeade as long as it keeps away from the cough medicine taste. Looking at the panel alone I would love this preworkout.

-300mg caffeine is pretty much my limit but as stated this should be offset nicely with the inclusion of theanine. Will use this on at least 2 out of my 3 heavy days.

Use vaso6 on my push days. Pumps so strong they are uncomfortable.
