my doc said to take BCAAs Because i have slipped disc if i take protein powder it will build muscle near disc or somthing he said...
Anyways i have been taking Xtend BCAA And recovery is Really Good ! i am also a amateur boxer
i want to know which is the best for ME!
CAN ANYONE PLEASE COMPARE Both
My Doc Recomended me Nitrotech
i am on a Low budget so i wont be buying it

Protein is protein in the context of a high protein diet OP. eatyourspinach is 100% correct. I'd get a second opinion as that's hella specious advice. Just taking 3 amino acids isn't going to "build muscle" near the disc.
Independent of that, a BCAA supplement is pointless if you're meeting your macro. From a training and recover standpoint, meeting your macro is the key. If you're not fix that. You don't necessarily need a protein supplement unless you need help meeting your macro. It's just powdered food. If you're not struggling to meet your macro then don't sweat any of this stuff. If you do need help meeting your macro, pick the protein powder that fits your budget, you like the taste and is from a company that's reputable.
