2 more epic workouts. The day before yesterday hit arms using PJ and True Grit Pre (found a recently expired tub so decided to open immediately). Accidentally damaged one of the caps while opening PJ. Anyway workout was great. TG has 1.5g of nitrosigine and that stacked very well with PJ. Again used low weights and drank plenty of water.

Yesterday had chest/back. Stacked PJ again with true grit. Pumps were again on top. Just read on the label where it says it induces effects 60-90min after ingestion and then tapers down in 6-12 hours. For me it takes ~45-60 min to feel full effect and lasts about 1.5-2 hours.

Glad it is under control bro.. sodium around workout times usually isnt an issue due to our increased hydration we have have in general during that time period, sweating, etc. But glad you have a brain in your head to think!! haha

Timing will definitely play a role in the effectiveness of PJ so I'm happy to hear that you found your sweet spot. At first, I was taking it along my PWO but found that it kicked in too late so I started to take it fifteen minutes before that. Arms/back/chest are all excellent days to be in pump city!

Sodium for me, does something different. It is a completely different type of effect a pump product can not create. Personally, they pair synergistically. Sodium IMO though, is far more valuable for those working out earlier in the day. For those who work out later in the day and have more meals in them, it usually isn't an issue as they already have sufficient sodium already in them from meals.

That's interesting. How do you use sodium? I mean do you rely on your pre-workout meal or how?

I use those chicken stock cubes. Those tiny little cubes you put in boiling water. 1 cube per 1 cup boiling water. Drop the cube in, let it dissolve, then you would normally make like chicken noodle soup, or gravy with it if you add a thickening agent. I just leave it thin like water. Let it cool somewhat and drink it like chicken soup lol. Gives me 1 gram sodium. Its a pretty instant rush, you can feel the fullness rush when the hydromax hits.. the synergy is instant.. and drastic.

Had a great chest/back day yesterday. Used a scoop of Magnum Prefo (candy cola bottles) with 4 caps of plasmajet. Took PJ about 15 minutes before magnum. Workout was great. Did 4 sets of 220lbs bench press 5 reps (with weight loss, my strength decreased unfortunately) and pumps were very nice.

And as a note, I think PJ increases my diuresis

    4-5 sets each

    Bench press - 220lb x 5
    Incline bench press - 140 x 10
    Decline Bench Press - 140 x 10
    Dips - 15 reps
    Low cable flyes - 60 x 10

    Wide-grip pullups - 10 reps
    Lat pull-down - 140 x 10
    Leverage rows - 140 x 10
    Close grip pullups 10 reps
    Machine rows - 120 x 10

I've switched to low weights on all muscles, doing with slow reps. Weight loss goes pretty well as well. Currently 175-177 lbs

Hate the strength loss when dieting, but it's just one of those things you go through. Cool to see that you dosed PJ a little differently! Upper body day looked like a good one.

Hydromax can cause diuresis after its finished doing its job bro... thats why bodybuilders who use it pre-contest must time it just right or it can actually flatten you out!!!

Past 3 days were very intense for me. Conferences and stuff But still managed to relax at gym. One the first workout, I was away from home all day long, so took PJ with me and on that day it was my only pwo. Did shoulders. Pumps were ridiculously good. I think, added methylxanthines work as vasodilators, if not stacked with other source of caffeine, that's my theory Anyway, vascularization is the strongest part of PJ.

On my arms day, used a scoop of magnum prefo with pj. I've already said that, it's a perfect stack. The only thing PJ misses, is citrulline.

    EZ curls - 80 lbs x 15 with pauses
    Machine preacher curls - 100 lbs x 10
    DB curls - 50 lbs x 10
    Hammer curls - 50 lbs x 10
    Reverse curls - 80 lbs x 10

    Rope pushdown - 120 lbs x 10
    Dips - 15 reps
    Close-grip bench press - 190 x 10
    Wide grip pushdown - 140 lbs x 10

Skipped abs and cardio, since I was getting late and had to quickly run

And today hit chest/back. Did low weights with 10-15 reps. Pumps were very good. Used 2 scoops of TG pre with 4 caps of PJ. Prefo stacks better with PJ btw

Remember that there is citrulline in PJ in the form of Nitro-Rx inositol citrulline silicate. Looks like both you and Doug like that PreFo + PJ stack! Great arm day and always like throwing in some close-grip bench for the triceps.

Close grip bench, and weighted dips.. only two tricep exercises you need..

2 more awesome workouts with PJ. On my chest/back day I used a scoop of old ergogenix ergoblast, which I found in my closet and is slightly expired lol. But looks, tastes and works just normally. Slightly clumpy though, but all ergogenix pres have been extremely sensitive to moisture Anyway, gve my TG pre to my friend. 6g of citrulline malate stacked with PJ worked excellent. Pumps were great, just as with magnum pre. Took PJ 15 minutes before ergoblast. Did low weights (approximately the same as on my previous workout) with high reps. Vascularization was very strong.

On my arms day, I used ergoblast with pj once more. I have no idea what to add Pumps are always stable with PJ + citrulline. And for me it's noticeable. I mean, PJ shines best when stacked with citrulline.

Used lower weight, except I tried something like plank triceps extensions. Hardy did 10 reps and loved it. Gives extra blood flow towards triceps Did 3 sets of that, right after rope extensions.
I lift things up and put them down...

Haven't tried ErgoBlast for a while, I think I'd like it with PlasmaJet too. Lots of pump-style workouts done in here!

Again, 2 workouts fueled by plasmajet
Arms day was awesome. Stacked 1 scoop of ergoblast with plasmajet. Tried some new movements (EZ curls while lying against incline) and noticed better blood flow towards arms. Did 3 reps of that with 60 lbs. Other movements were the same with similar weights (I like constancy )

On my chest/back day, I was on a go, so stacked PJ with 2 cans of monster. Must say, PJ goes very well with monster. Energy was solid and pumps were just as with ergo.
However, this morning I woke up so sore, that couldn't lift myself and just skipped my class

Agmatine seems to work best for me, if taken soon after a meal (30-60 min).

These days have been extremely intense for me. Had a huge conference that lasted 2 days, lasting 9 hours each. Still managed to hit the gym though Can't say, that I had a great workout, but still better, then nothing. On my arms day, used a scoop of ergoblast with 4 caps of PJ. Energy was solid, but I still felt very tired, so used low weights with ~3 sets. Skipped abs and cardio. On my shoulders and leg day, used PJ only. Decided not to take too much stims, since it was 8 pm. Pumps were great, after my legs were done, I could hardly walk Pumps were stupidly good, no idea why And I was extremely thirsty as well.

I lift things up and put them down...

2 more great workouts with PJ. On my arms day, I stacked a scoop of ergoblast with 4 caps of PJ. Pumps as always have been great. Did nothing new, same routine, similar weights

But on my chest/back day I stacked PJ with carnibolic. Since there are no pump ingredients in carnibolic, PJ showed itself very well. Pumps and muscle fullness were great. Energy was okay, but sweating was on a new level. Did low weights (for example, 220 lbs on bench press with 5 reps). Overall had a solid workout.

More successful workouts with PlasmaJet.. Very cool that the effects were even more visible when you combined with a non-pump product for chest/back.
