So I finally recovered from the flu and I'm become to training with my bff - plasmajet.
Big thanks to hi tech reps for sending me this supplement. I've been interested in this supp, since I saw it for the first time, but price seemed a bit high to me.
So I had some SP250 with dmaa left (for special occasions) and stacked 1 scoop of sp250 with 4 caps of plasmajet. Pumps were great, noticed increased muscle fullness and overall increased circumference. Can't say it was better, then my standard pumps cocktail (5+6g l citrulline + 3g gms + 1.5g nitrosigine) But it was just the same.
Just as a note, SP250 is my favorite dmaa containing pre, much better, then meso to me
So first workout went very well, will be trying plasmajet standalone on my next workout

Had an awesome workout yesterday. Hit shoulders, and usually for that workout I mostly use lower stims. Decided to go with 4 caps without addition of any other pwo. Pumps were great, comparable to a nice amount of glycerol. From my feelings muscle fullness > pumps. Works similar to glycerol.
Energy - just like a stim free pre
Overall had a nice workout with some solid pumps.
This is my typical shoulders day.

Barbell Rows
Rear Shoulder Flyes

Barbell Overhead Press

No significant difference in terms of energy and focus, but pumps were massive. Muscle fullness was again slightly more increased, then the pumps themselves.
These two supps stack perfectly - PJ for pumps, 1mr for energy.
On my chest/back day I used PJ with 1mr once more. Again pumps were great

2 more great workouts fueled by plasmajet. Did arms again yesterday and shoulders today. used 4 caps of plasmajet with two scoops of san fierce domination. One of the best stacks, I've used in term of pumps and muscle fullness. Did lower weights with 10-12 reps and pumps were on top. On shoulders day I stacked PJ with BPI's 1mr and pumps were still great. Overall PJ treats me very well.

2 more workouts with PJ. Yesterday had an arms day with the same split. Used 4 caps of PJ+san fierce domination+bronkaid. all aspects of workout were on top Great energy, great focus and of course great pumps.
Used low weights as finishers, mainly 20 lbs dumbbels on db curls and hammer curls with slow reps. Pumps were truly great.
Today stacked PJ with 1mr for chest/back day. Pumps were still great (slightly less, then with fierce+pj), but still great. Vascularization is strong with PJI lift things up and put them down...

Yes sir. Love the citrulline silicate in PJ, great ingredient.

If you want some sick ass pumps no joke.. add some sodium to your hydromax.. about 1 gram. A chicken stock cube does well. Makes 1 cup of chicken brooth and tastes good to warm. Drink it before your hydromax as part of your pre-workout ritual. Sodium + hydromax can't be beat, they are like bread and butter. Unless you have high blood pressure, but then again you shouldn't be using hydromax if you do.

Had 2 amazing workouts with PJ these days. The day before yesterday, stacked 4 caps of PJ with SP250 and decided to go all-in and added half a scoop of my old stim-free pwo giving extra 1 g glycerol, 0.5mg agmatine, 2g l-citrulline and 100mg norvaline. I guess you could expect what pumps would be like, especially considering that it was arms day Pumps were indeed, the strongest i've had, but towards the middle of my workout felt slightly lightheaded (might be hypotension ) and was thirsty for the whole duration of my workout. probably drank around 100oz if not more. Anyway, won't use such stack in the future probably
Yesterday had a shoulders day. Took a scoop of BPI 1mr with 4 caps of PJ. Still felt a bit tired after previous arms day, but had a solid workout. Used low weights (For example: 20lbs DB lat raises for 10 reps , then switching without rest 10 lbs db lat raises for 10 slow reps).
My overall impression on PJ is that it is very effective. Don't know what those extra 40mg of caffeine are supposed to do, but it's very effective. Works best if you add citrulline.I lift things up and put them down...

Sounds like a crazy session with that SuperPump 250 stack, might have been a bit much though as you felt a bit dizzy. Glad that you're noticing PJ's effectiveness! Very apparent when you have a 'pump' type workout like when you were using the light weights.
The reason for the small amount of caffeine is because it actually acts as a vasodilator when used at such a low dose instead of the commonly assumed vasoconstrictor. Of course when you add in a bunch of caffeine from other sources, it's not as big of a deal.Instagram - @mooddani
