    exercise

    im very new to this page so hello, im wondering if any one can help one of my friends out, she loves her food especially junk food, she is definitly not obese but she wants to lose weight and become fitter. i am trying to help her but she wont stop eating bad food. what exercises are the best to lose weight whilst still eating bad? thank you

    If she wants to lose weight, she has to simply eat less calories than she burns in a day. If she wants the big majority of the weight loss to be fat, she needs to introduce resistance training into her lifestyle.
