    Advice on my Calories/Macros

    Hi everyone I’m currently eating around 3,800 calories a day I’d like some advice on my Macro split. I find myself eating a lot of fiber throughout the day so the toilet is my second home is it alright too Eat that much fiber if not what carbs can I eat to lower my fiber intake

    Protein: 205g
    Fats: 95g
    Carbs: 510g

    What are your stats OP? As long as your hitting your min. protein and fat requirements, the rest of your calorie intake can be flexible.

    Height - 5”11/180cm
    Weight - 72.80kg/180lbs
    Age - 23

    Also I work a very physical job all day roughly 12 hour days so I need a lot of calories
