Hi everyone I’m currently eating around 3,800 calories a day I’d like some advice on my Macro split. I find myself eating a lot of fiber throughout the day so the toilet is my second home is it alright too Eat that much fiber if not what carbs can I eat to lower my fiber intake
Protein: 205g
Fats: 95g
Carbs: 510g

You could eat more fat and lower carbs if you wanted.
