    Preworkout supplement

    I’ve been using c4 original preworkout supplements and find that I’m petering out half way through a 45 minute workout, any suggestions on what I should use for a full blown workout? Really don’t wanna waste money experimenting

    What I do is I drink 1/2 a dose about 30 mins before staring my workout and I put another 1/2 in my BCAA's which I drink during my workout. Works mint

    How is your nutrition? Typical daily calories and carbs/fat/protein? What time of day do you lift and how many carbs do have prior to that? What routine?

    How many days per wk are you taking the pre? How long have you been using a pre-workout consistently? How many scoops of C4 are you taking per training session?

    How close is your latest meal before you take your pre?

    Do you take any other form of stims throughout the day?

    Do you consistently get good sleep/rest/recovery?

    Besides energy, what other effects are you looking for in a pre?

    You could always try some intra workout carbs for some extra energy.

    Depending on your caffeine tolerance, you could include an intra-workout supplement like In-Kaged. In addition to BCAAs, it has 124mg of caffeine for a bit of an energy boost, and some taurine and tyrosine for a cognitive boost.

    What about adding an intra workout supplement to help combat fatigue and keep you going thru a full workout?

    Which version of C4 are you using and how many scoops are you taking? Some of the lower stim options you could bump up to a scoop and a half of maybe two.

    I'd also check your pwo nutitrion and sleep just to be sure those aren't the cause.

    Definitely take a look at your overall picture in terms of your training, recovery, nutrition, hydration, sleep, etc.

    Like some others Asked...do you drink coffee or energy drinks throughout the day ? I don’t and I’ve noticed that has personally helped my caffeine tolerance over the years...if that’s not an issue look into nutrabio pre and or Core fury ..god of rage ..Merica labz red white and boom..those all pack a punch
