    Can somebody post a pic with someone who hasn’t ffmi of 26 please

    Just wondering that’s what a website is telling me that that will be my genetic potential and just want to see roughly what it looks like. I know that it’s not completely accurate but just for my curiosity lol. Ffmi actually 25.95 but just rounding up lol. Thanks guys

    What? 26 is steroid range. Without pretty good genetics, lean, someone natural likely isn't getting past the 22-24 range. Frank Zane, Jeff Seid, Steve Cook are all around that range. Keep in mind this tool works best for people sub ten percent fat.

    Name some? Eugen Sandow is regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders of the pre-steroid era, and using his stats of 5'9.25" and 185lbs with probably around an 11 percent bodyfat, he only gets a medium to high 23. Steve Reeves, who people considered to be a "genetic freak" was also another popular bodybuilder who some say was on a bit of gear, but some also say he was natural, regardless he was apparently 6'1" and 212lbs at probably 11 percent as well, he hits a medium 24. I doubt you're going to find more than a few people who actually hit over a 25 score, naturally, while also sub 10 or 13 percent bodyfat.

    Idk, I did what it said, measure wrist, height and ankles and put the desired bf you want to Be at. I mean I do believe I have above par genetics just from the fact about my size and physic after just one year of lifting but who know.

    Ffmi is the worst way to determine "natty" status due to flaws with accuracy regarding height and bodyfat. A 6'4 10% 240lb male has less ffmi than a 5'8 12% 200lb male..

    Stop caring about who uses and who doesnt, focus on building your body naturally because you can look WAY better than someone abusing steroids as long as you have good muscle inserts and train properly according to those insertions..

    And this isn't a shocker? Someone who is 5'8" weighing 200lbs seems more impressive than someone around eight inches taller and only weighing 40lbs more. How is this the "worst way" to determine natural status? If you look at three random natural lifters; Scott Herman, Jeff Cavaliere, Eugen Sandow. They get the following scores of; 22.19, 23.51, 23.86, respectively. Those three were chosen literally off the top of my head, and all hit around the same mark. All have at least decent genetics as well. Let's look at three "other" bodybuilders. Steve Cook, Jeff Seid, Lazar Angelov. Again, all at random. They each get; 25.45, 25.02, 25.40. Hmmm? All of the true naturals stayed well within what was expected, while the "other" three didn't.

    Height has nothing to do with quality of muscle... A taller guy that weighs MORE will have MORE lean muscle mass. It just doesn't look that way because the muscle is spread and elongated more across the tendon than a short guy would. And before you starting talking about "oh his bones weigh heavier or bigger organs", these differentiate usually between +/- 5~10 lbs..

    And you wouldn't know if they're using. Steve Cook benched 365lbs in high school, Jeff Seid has always been shredded since he was 13 y/o, and it took scott herman nearly 5 years to touch 500lbs on the deadlift.... Genetics play a bigger factor in bodybuilding that steroids do.

    Good point on the top one. But I'm sure Jeff and Cook aren't clean. Especially Cook. Obviously genetics are a big factor, and I've seen some pics of the dude playing football, but he's also in the IFBB, same as Seid.

    OP, ffmi only really works when you're proper lean, sub 10%, and if you can hit an ffmi over 25 natty that lean you are a top one percentile genetic freak and you will look f'in awesome. No one will believe you're natty.
