Hi all-
Recently got back to the gym after a hiatus and I’ve been pretty careful getting back into it.
Problem - starting to get some occasional pain in (sorry for the unpleasant topic) testicles. Usually afterwards, next day, especially when stretching to get something, etc. comes and goes.
Me: 44, I need to kill about 30 pounds, and I have had hernias in the past that I had surgically fixed - inguinal and groin.
No lumps or any physical abnormalities, and I ordered some compression shorts.
Anybody else go through this? Any thoughts? Next steps?
