I'm 17 turning 18 this year, and I've been looking into CLA. I don't take supplements other than my protein powder and I am eating much better than I was 2 weeks ago. I got a fitness assessment done and I am about 17.5% body fat and 210 pounds at 6'3". I want to cut fat but gain muscle so losing weight isn't my end goal. Any help would be appreciated.
