Have you calculated your maintenance and worked your macros? especially protein and fat?
Your macros are all over the place, no consistancy.
Head over to the nutrition section and read the stickies, and then re-read them till your sick of reading them. So much information and from what I see, most people don't bother.
Good luck with your weight loss.

Drop your maintenance by ~500kcal and track, adjust as needed till you are loosing 1-2lb a week.
Protein as a minimum should be 0.7g/lb (122g) - 122*4=488 (488kcal from protein)
Fat as a minimum should be 0.4g/lb (70g) - 70*9=630 (630kcal from fat)
Fill the remainder of your calories as you see fit, carbs or additional protein/fat.

You're averaging 2017 cal/day for a deficit of only ~250, which should have you losing only 1/2 lb / week, assuming you're correctly logging your calories, and you wouldn't have to be off by much to put yourself right around maintenance. Are you actually weighing your food, or just estimating portions?

I've done several cycles on EC stack (in fact, this is what worked for me for 2 years ago).
I'm doing another run right now and I can tell straight off the bat 2 things.
1) your calorie count is way off
2) You are setting yourself up for failure and disappointment by drinking wine daily
If you are on a cut, take alcohol TOTALLY out of the picture. It's not so much the calories itself but the fact that alcohol makes the body react very differently especially in dropping testosterone and jacking up your cortisol levels which will all contribute to your hard work easily become the scapegoat. Alcohol also binds to your muscle cells which in turn needs to be burnt off FIRST before anything else.
If you are on a cut, you can stay off the wine for 4-6 weeks and introduce it back once you've reached your goals. Same goes for cheat meals that people post here almost daily. If you are on a cut, you don't necessarily need cheat meals during the initial cut. The body has plenty of fats and carbs to burn over a 4-6 week period without really needing a refeed of junk. And people wonder why they are not losing fat/weight.
It's not rocket science. Limit yourself to a tuna can+apple diet daily and you'll easily loose 2lbs+ every week till you become a stick (hey..Christian Bale did it!). But that's not the healthy approach nor sustainable.
Sacrifice food and up your cardio and the result will come. I still don't know how you can consume 2000+ cals on a EC stack..lol. I only do 2 dosage and have to force myself to eat. Been losing 2lbs weekly (on my 3rd week now).________________________________________________________
