    How long would it take me ? Also soonest time id see results.

    Im male about 5"11 95kg, roughly 30-35% body fat & was wondering if i ride my exercise bike 4-5 days per week at a medium/high intensity for 30 minutes plus weights covering all muscles 3 days per week, how long would it take me to get down to 20% body fat plus maybe 10 - 15 pounds of muscle ?
    Im not delusional as i know its a long road requiring hard work & dedication im just wondering maybe when id notice a difference. Because right now i have some belly fat that would be good to have gone.

    If you want to build muscle while you lose fat I recommend losing about 1 to 1.5 pound per week. If you go faster it will be very hard to build muscle.
