yeah but i still feel dirty about it, even if it is just a quick dump after they launch on an exchange. would at least rather the hype and shilling were around products and ideas that were potentially going to do some good if they ever came to fruition.

No need to feel dirty about it man.. If you think when it hits an exchange that the price is worth selling at, meaning you think the price has gone above the expected value (with respect to risk and % chance of success), then by selling you are helping to bring it down to a more "fair" market price. Obviously this is a very simplified viewpoint, but unless you're shilling a coin in P&D groups and that stuff, you have no reason to feel bad.
