    Weight

Is it common to start weight training then lose weight then gain weight?

Depends. Fluctuations are normal, I was 149.6 yesterday, and 152.2 today. I've been in a deficit and it wasn't enough time to gain a few lbs, it's just food, water, etc. It'll go back down again.

What are you trying to do? Maintain, gain, or lose? If it's been steadily going up, or down in a way it shouldn't be in accordance with your intake, then it'd be a matter of checking/adjusting calories.

When you weigh effects the scale too, generally you're lighter in the morning. Make sure you're consistent, be it daily at the same time, weekly, taking an average.
    PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs
    Next Goals: 100lbs/150lbs/215lbs
