    Bulk or Cut??

    17 year old male. I’m 18 percent body fat and weigh 147 pounds (67kg), I’m 5’7 and a beginner at the gym been going for 5 months but I’m not sure whether to bulk or cut. I store my bf mostly in the lower part or my body too.

    Not sure if I should lean bulk and gain muscle since I barely have any or cut to about 12% and then start the journey??

    It's very hard to tell where you're at without providing any photos.
    It is not recommended for youngings to cut, as it might mess up your hormones, although I think that goes for crash dieting.
    If you're on a micro micro cut, I don't think there's much harm. I am NOT a doctor tho, so I have no idea!!

    However, building muscle mass can make you look more lean, even if you have a slight higher bf%
