    Viking bare bones or metallicadpa?

    I will start one of those two programs, which one do you guys think its better? Metallicadpa's PPL or viking bare bones ULPPL?

    But metallicadpa is made for beginners specifically, Im not a complete newcomer tho, my lifts are 87kg bench, 100kg squat (i know its absolute ****), 125kg deadlift

    Besides your bench you are still a novice. You don't need an absurd amount of volume to start off with so a ppl or ulppl is simply unnecessary. A fullbody or u/l would be a lot more suitable.

    The main reason why I want to do 5-6x week is because i have lots of time to spend and I love training, I think it would be more benefitial to do a split that I'd enjoy

    More is not better. Think long term, volume is a method of progressive overload if you decided to start with rather high volume it would not be feasible to increase it in the future.

    If you can get away with less do less and find some other hobbies.

    You can go do a 6 day split if you like but I just think it's unnecessary.
