His show had its moments but the general theme turned from a silly modern dating comedy to white people are terrible because people of color get paid thousands of dollars to read words off of a piece of paper in a stereotypical accent.

That said, I feel like we could have telegraphed this based on the way his character acted in the first episode. Dude is awkward as hell and Ive always felt like his characters are basically just the way he is in real life. Ultimate beta male (and I hate that term.)
