    Can you snap your shoulder blades lo-bar squatting and benching?

    I have a respectable pain on my shoulder blades and it all started when i started lobar squatting and doing a decent bench arch, its like someone have hit me kind of pain, i wont stop lo bar squatting or flin arching so dont comment "flat buk banch amd hei bak sqweet brahh' no, it just wont happen
    I just wanna know if ita normal or what
