    Band Tension

If I have a red rogue mini band which rogue says it’s 30 lbs each. If they are doubled would it be 60 lbs each instead of 30 lbs?

Doubled as in folded? Or doubled as in one on each end of the bar?

If you're folding them, doubled minis on a bench end up around 70-90 depending on the set up and how long your arms are.

Doubled minis on a deadlift if the platform is about 4 feet wide will be about 180-220 depending on arm length and height of bands.

Doubled: I take each band out it on the bar wrap it around a peg and put the other end back on the bar.

Id guess around 30-60 pounds. How much weight does it feel like?

That is better than what I did. I brought my home scale into the gym, set up the bands/bar, and then stepped on the scale to find out the tension for squats/deads. I got some weird looks.

A word of advice is don't get too caught up in the tension amounts, because other than a little bit of curiosity as to what you're holding at the top, the number itself is pretty meaningless. If you get stronger pressing against a doubled mini band, it means you got stronger.
