    Post Jaw Surgery bulk

    Following jaw surgery 6 months ago I have began a bulk. Only recently have i been able to chew and lift heavier. Hopefully moving in the right direction. However I would like some advice as to how balance my chest. I am switching from barbell to dumbbell to try even things out. Any advice would be useful.

    Had a bad occlusion in my jaw. Had double jaw surgery .... Couldn't even lift my head for 4 months so only back to lifting and chewing for 8 weeks now .

    You need to build your chest up. It doesn't need balancing. It looks like your shoulders and chest are lacking far behind your arms.

    Yea totally agree man. Would you recommend hitting these areas twice. Would I focus more on heavy weight then reps? I'm around 300 surplus and trying to fill out. Bit I agree those areas are lacking ... Thanks man
