    Was given a medrol dose pack. Should I take all six days off lifting?

    What should I do to minimize muscle loss and stay fit? Maybe take the first few (high dose) days off lifting? I'm all for taking a break but but wasn't sure if there was research to suggest some resistance training has benefits.
