    Smile New to fitness, Skinnyfat guy, cut or bulk?

    I know you guys get a lot of these threads cause I always find them when I google this question. Finally got a phone so I can get your opinions.

    I'm 17. 134-140 lbs . 5'7

    I've had real trouble staying consistent in the gym in the past I have a planet fitness membership and it's always really crowded when I can go which is around 4:30 right after school. To be honest it's pretty intimidating with these big ass dudes lifting in there. I never get to lift lol. I tried going around 3 in the morning last week and that was pretty good because it was empty for the most part, so I'll probably go around that time.

    I also know I definitely have anterior pelvic tilt or lordosis or whatever it's called. What stretches and exercises do you recommend to correct this?

    All and any advice on my situation is welcomed, thanks

    i’m 17 too and had the same problem, except I was pretty much just fat. I’m making big progress on fixing it. If you want I will message you on here and help but basically I was just cutting and lifting hard
    Squat- 441lbs
    Bench- 255lbs
    Deadlift- 510lbs

    I would but I have school in the mornings. So getting enough sleep would be kind of tricky.

    i feel like i have a lot of fat on my abdomen, thighs, and butt. will muscle get rid of this?

    Muscle doesn't "get rid" of fat, but what it will do is change your body appearance/shape which will make you more aesthetically pleasing.

    height’s the same. 5’9 weight went from 172 to 144 and now I’m sitting at 151 while bulking.

    I've trained in dozens of gyms in multiple states in the US and abroad. I've never had anyone give me a hard time regardless of how much bigger they were than me. Most people in gyms are there to do their own thing. I stay focused on my own training, not other people.

    You pay your dues, the gym is yours too. Enjoy your training and focus on progress not perfection.
