    Powerlifting advice

New to the gym, joined a week ago.
I can bench my own bodyweight for 2 reps(170lbs).
I can squat about 220lbs and deadlift around 300lbs.

Regarding powerlifting, you should only focus on the 3 big excercises?
But when training, do you do the bench, squat, deadlift everyday or?

Powerlifters also do accessory work. Most powerlifters do a split of some sort vs. doing each lift every day (although some do that in either a DUP or Bulgarian Method format).

I would do a program w/ a powerlifting focus. This way, you'll know what exercises to do and will have a clear progression to follow. Check out GZCLP (on reddit), Powerliftingtowin's Novice Routines, and Candito Linear Program; any of them would be a good place to start.
    You can't help the hopeless.

Some powerlifters squat and then bench on the same day which I have no clue how they do it XD
    For me I do P/P/L (Pull/Push/Legs)
I focus on my big three as well as my barbell row, overhead press, incline barbell bench, and front squat
I would lurk around the internet and this forum to find a beginner powerlifting program such as the programs that were already mentioned
You could also try fierce 5x5 or vikings bare bones.

I wish you luck on your life long journey in the gym
