    Angry Abs. No desired results.

Hey guys, I'm a 5'8'' male, 21y/o, who was at 220lbs and decided to lose weight (at 19). My initial goal was 150 lbs. After reaching my goal I was in a lot better shape but did not see any abs visible. Then I decided to go down to 130 lbs and that's where I am right now. Still no desired abs.
I don't strenght train. I just focused on cardio till now. It seems I've hit a wall and don't know where to go from here. I'm get discouraged but don't want to give up either. How am I gonna get my abs because I don't think I can lose weight anymore. And anything beyond 125 would be underweight. Also, I am at 11% body fat approx. Please help me out. I'd really appreciate it.
    Thank you.

Bolded is your problem. Start lifting, start eating more, and stop trying to lose weight.

Congrats on the weight loss! Starving yourself won’t help though, you absolutely need to lift

You’re skinny fat, just like I was. I’m still getting out of it but have made a ton of progress, you need to lift. I added you as a friend on here, I’ll help you

Abs are muscles. You say all you did is cardio. If you don't work them, how can they grow?

5'8" 220 - how long were you at that weight?

I'm about at that point (in the process of losing weight) and I am worried my skin is stretched to the point where I may never see ab muscles. You may need to post a torso pic.

You need to stop what you're doing and start lifting and eating. Without some sort of resistance training, you will get no real gains on your muscles, and without eating enough, they won't grow. You are too light to even worry about having abs yet.

Thanks, that's what I'll do from now onwards. I'm just worried about doing it wrong. So hopefully my new plan will guide me through it
