I love this stuff and bought a chit ton of it. I take a 300 mg Na-R-Ala with it to complement the alcar and an ephedrine like a half hour for an extra kick. Bought maybe 30 tubs of it as its simplified my life (don't have to take thirty different powders and pills) and was worried it would be disco'd or something lol. maybe ill take a pic of all the tubs

I take this stuff solely for the 4 different work at home computer programming/search engine evaluation/maps analyst nerd jobs I do. I have to study a lot of material so its good for memory especially with the bacopa/huperzine and its great focus/accuracy with the caffeine/theanine/alcar. I used to take Lion's Mane but I stopped so I am glad to be on that now as this has that too.
