You just discriminated against 5% of the population of Haiti and think by just posting it in your thread it's OK to say Trump was only referring to blacks. You are ****ing delusional lmao.

Their is almost 10% blacks in Norway. You are just a ****ing retard man and need to stop posting. Showing that YOU are actually the racist one by equating shiet=black.

Unless there is a video clip or audio clip of Trump actually saying the word, all these claims are just hearsay. Anyone remember Mitt Romney's 47% remark that was caught on tape? That was proof and he was rightly condemned. But this whole Trump story seems politically motivated because it came just before MLK day.

I don't know why so many miscers seem to have an issue with grasping context and how conversations and meanings are formed, would probably explain all the idiotic and forever alone threads in some part though.
A lot are arguing that it's fine to say countries are "shytholes" because "they are". I mean despite most rational people, yeah it's not just liberals "losing their shyt" like miscers try to paint, thinking that type of comment isn't acceptable, let's assume that it's true because they're underdeveloped nations.
That comment wasn't where it stopped, Trump has already (allegedly) used disparaging comments towards countries which happen to have black populations, in addition to him praising countries with white populations. Trump has a history of this "totally not racist or prejudiced thinking" when talking about only taking Christian refugees.
If you agree with him, then that's fine people are allowed an opinion, just don't cry like the snowflakes you hate when someone points out that infering all people from certain countries have AIDS, or live in huts or are guaranteed to be inferior to people from other countries hence you want less of them, is a tad racist.Current ShareBlue earnings: $103,587.99

I wish it was still the same, we've entered a whole new crazy era. Basically, you have to deny reality now. ****hole countries aren't allowed ot be called ****holes. Illegal Immigrants are now displaced migrants. Gender doesn't exist and is whatever the hell you want it to be. Socialism is the goal despite failing everywhere its been. The media that lie to you daily for profit should be held up as virtuous.

I can't imagine having to do my job if everytime I was in a closed door meeting and things got heated and things were said my co-workers would walk out the door and literally run to the phone to call a newspaper and tell on me as if we are in 3rd F-ing grade.
That being said, I present you with Lindsey Graham saying the same thing except in front of a ton of people and a camera:

Durbin is a democrat so Trump supporters dont believe him.
And so trump says he didnt say that but said something "tough". Which is a great tactic to avoid the criticism in the media, blame the media for "making things up", but wink to his core supporters who think his comment was okay to begin with.
Republicans say they "cant remember", ignore the question, or dodge the question when asked if Trump said it.Doc had but three redeeming traits. Trump's not wrong, but should refrain from using profanity.

There is reality denial is all over the place. Yes, the leftist stuff about genders is strange and irritating to everyone.
But it is not as irritating as the President constantly lying about the things he said or about the universe in general. The article below is a list of all his lies, flip-flops, and misleading statements since he became President.

****hole countries aren't allowed ot be called ****holes.
Graham supports a legislative version of DACA, and is not an immigration hard-liner, and wants orderly and controlled immigration even from the places he calls hellholes.
Trump, on the other hand, made the comment in specific reference as to who should be allowed into our country, and immediately contrasted those countries he wants to forbid immigration from, with a 1st world white-majority country like Norway.
Trump's comment wasn't about those places being ****holes. It was about people from those places not being worthy of coming here.Last edited by beowulf10; 01-13-2018 at 07:25 AM.

As you mentioned, Democrats and Republicans aren't that far off from.one another as far as immigration policies go. Perhaps if they work together they can marry merit with compassion and vetting.
I would argue that most Trump voters are not skeptical of the vetting process itself. It's dog whistle, and you can effectively loop them in with the bottom guys. Maybe that group really does exist, but from what I've seen on this forum, their size is infinitesimal. Just ask those who claim that what the vetting process is to begin with and watch them stumble. And assuming someone won't add value because of where they're coming from is as far from a merit based system as they come, so many a wtf moment were had reading people claim to want both"Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity"

No. That's not why what he said is terrible.
He was talking about who could and could not immigrate to our country.
It was a statement about the individual people from those countries not having the same intrinsic worth as people from other countries. He made a specific reference to Norway.
It was a racist and bigoted thing to say.
I know a solid 5% of Trump's core supporters think black people don't have equal value as whites. I get it. But guess what? You ain't going to win the next election without the help of non-racist conservatives, moderates, and independents; and Trump's overt racism angers people you need.
This isn't about liberal v. conservative. This is about how we define ourselves as Americans. Does American mean white? Or does American mean commitment to the US Constitution?Doc had but three redeeming traits. One was his courage; he was afraid of nothing on Earth. "Do you think SHE actually felt like that was a sexual thing he was doing? She's like 6. Only an actual p3do would think that she thought he was groping her, too."
"Not that it's impossible to touch a minor inappropriately, but it is true that a 6 year old girl will not recognize someone putting a hand on their chest as groping, whether it is inappropriate or not."

It's not like Jayarbie's comment is based on nothing.
Trump said the US would prioritize Syrian Christian refugees

Further, if Trump's comment and the context surrounding his comment are true, and Trump wasn't trolling, and Trump wasn't playing 4D Chess, and Clinton, E-mails, and Benghazi didn't enter into the equation, then Jayarbie's comment about Trump wanting only white Haitians coming here is a reasonable assumption to make....based on what Trump SAID and the context surrounding when and why he said it.
He was talking about who could and could not immigrate to our country. It was a statement about the individual people from those countries not having the same intrinsic worth as people from other countries. And the contrast with Norway, a majority white country, made the racist connotation he was getting at very clear.
