These plates all come with free 2nd day shipping so that work out to be ~$1.2/lb. I read they all come within -/+0.5lbs variance which is perfectly acceptable for intermediate lifter. Is there any reason to spend more on higher end plates for bodybuilding workouts?
I'd had a few and they're fine, just thick like most economy bumpers. If you wait another 5 weeks or so you might find better deals.
As for a reason to spend more, I'm not sure anyone *needs* bumpers for bodybuilding in the first place, but spending more really just gets you thinner plates or different colors. If you're regularly doing stuff like 405+ deadlifts and want to use only bumpers you'll probably want to spend more on competition plates.
honestly youre getting what you paid for. We had a couple CAP sets during my time playing football and they broke in half due to dropping of the weight. If you don't drop the weights you should be fine!
