If this is a srs question.
Don't ever use straps and do tons of pull ups and isometric holds
I can do 2-finger pull ups for reps now.
Also do construction with my friend some times, that helps too.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL
120/150/70/100/180 =KG
I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

well im assuming your deadlifting and doing heavy shrugs(i hope), learn the hook grip for deadlifts and only use it for heavy singles/triples where you cannot hold the weight with double overhand and use straps on your heavy rep sets. once your done your main sets do some double overhand shrugs off the floor, grip the weight with your fingers and not with the thick pad part of your hand where all the callus is. start from a deadlift position, pick it up and shrug it or just hold it and dont be afraid to go heavy. another exercise being to get inside a power rack/cage, set the bar on the pins a few inches below where your hands would be hanging, grab the very center of the bar with one hand with the same type of grip as i stated above. so far this has helped my grip strength drastically to where i went from struggling to hold onto 295 with double overhand for a double to holding onto 325 with double overhand for triples(this is with holding the bar in my fingers not the thick callus part of my hand) and am working on pulling 370 double overhand, i can break the floor but about at my knee my grip gives
