    Legs Push pull

    can i get really strong at the big 3 with a legs push pull so squat legs bench push deadlift pull then day off repeat with 3 or 4 accessorie exersices?? is this to much and wont recover properly or can that be fixed with periodization all something rpe or one rep max percentages im new to lifting i really wanna get strong at the 3 lifts and i love the legs push pull split can i make it work if so how

    Yes, you can make it work. Check out some templates online and find one that works for you.

    Though most people will tell a beginner to follow full body 3x a week, if you like PPL, then do it. Beginners rarely overtrain and can handle a lot of volume, so feel free to start on the higher side (PPL is intended for intermidiates and above who need more recovery). Once you feel like you can't recover, drop number of sets on the draining exercises.
