She's starting up gym again and wants a good program catered to women, ie one that is both strength based and hypertrophy (essentially a powerbuilding program) with an emphasis on legs/butts of course - So with squats, deadlifts etc included.
Maybe a full body 3 times per week or an upper/lower. Much appreciated if you could share your program or guide me to any womens power-building program
