I get injured frequently. Some worse than others. A lot of scrapes & bruising is normal on the trails.
I looped up a week ago fell straight back on asphalt. Rashed up my left arm good and hit my elbow hard enough my arm is still tingling today.
Been with people in the crew 25 miles out in the woods and they crash and end up with a broken arm or collar bone and they have to make it back to the parking lot before we can get medical treatment

I play games late in the evenings or early Sat morning
