Some silverlighting. The doc doesn't think is a detachment. However, he don't know why I am getting that tingling sharp pain feeling. Got my MRI on Wednesday and will found out exactly what is going on next week.

Tried Syntha today after gym...there was a reason I quit buying this stuff back in 2008......horrible....sour synthetic chemical aftertaste......

yeah ISO100, gourmet chocolate ...wanted the orange dreamsicle but they were out when I grabbed that tub on sale

Im not a big chocolate fan so I usually grab strawberry, vanilla or banana etc. proteins
