I go every 6 months. I think that I mentioned it here before, but for like 2 years every visit, I had to get a cavity filled. Generally not a big deal for me, but they cannot get me numb enough. I have to take like three shots and even then, I can still feel the drilling. Luckily I haven't had to have a filling in 3 years or so.
