Weekend at the lake. Got some flank steak, marinated it in some soy, salt and pineapple juice. Smoked it on the grill for 2 hours with peach wood chips, then wrapped it in foil for another hour. Never used peach wood before, but this was as flavorful as bacon. Cut against the grain and super tender. Loads of flavor. Fresh guacamole. Grilled the soft flour tortillas for another layer of flavor
It was just me, so, I didn't go all out, but it would have been better with some pico de gallo.
