Hey. Ill be starting on a flag football team as a QB in a month. 7 on 7. Any tips for me to train as a QB in the meantime? I would love to improve my arm strength, accuracy, and mobility.

To get ready for the summer, get in the gym and work on your strength and conditioning; WS4SBv3 would be good to run or any S&C program geared towards athletes. Once it warms up a bit you can do more power work, plyo's, and start in on footwork. The key to throwing a football with speed and accuracy is similar to throwing a baseball (pitching) and that is to have a set, stable, base from which to throw from. In other words, throwing starts with the feet and works it way up - which is why a lot of time is spent on QB's footwork. You might want to consider a QB camp if you've never had proper instruction, you could also look into a couple of books; Coaching Quarterbacks: By the Experts (Third Edition) and 101 Quarterback Drills.
I would highly recommend that you find someone (in your area or via skype) who can work with you on technique. Throwing a football well is a specialized skill and it is very helpful to have some one work with you on technique.
As for football QB conditioning drills do a search on STACK.
