    Want to gain muscle as quickly as possible

    Im 14 years old, 6"1 and 145 lbs. been going to the gym for a week now and want to gain muscle real fast. doing 30lbs barbell curls,
    75lbs smith machine bench press, 100lbs triceps press, 50lbs machined preacher curl, 40lbs shoulder press, 70lbs chest flys, and 85lbs seated leg press. Please help me and tell me more effective exercises and ways to gain muscle

    Okay you are going to need a few things.

    1. A glue gun
    2. 20lb of lean steak, get kobe if you can.
    3. a giant fridge to keep the meat fresh.

    Step 1. Glue the kobe beef to your skin

    Step 2. before bed rip the meat off of you and store it in the fridge so it stays fresh as possible

    Then every day repeat the process. You can pack on 20lb of lean muscle fast!

    Also make sure when you bust a nut you drink the semen its extra protein bruh , can't let that go to waste . I am a certified transgender feminist athlete and I can guarantee this adds 15 lbs of muscle within a month.

    I have been training for 6 years it take time man. I wish you luck on your journey. I was once 135 pounds now I am 220. You can do it man! Just home on a good proven program and eat more.
