I have been cutting for 3 months and i have lost 16lbs, i have noticed my sex drive has diminished a lot, I tried upping my fat intake but its not made a difference i am wondering if i should take a diet break and see if that helps? I really don't want to stop cutting, want to lose another 10lbs but I am a little concerned about continuing to cut at this point knowing my sex drive is going down, had anybody else experienced this if so how long did it take to come back to normal levels? Should i go in a surplus or eat at maintenance for a while? Any particular foods etc i should eat to help bring it back?

OP, how many grams of fat are you eating a day? Minimum needs to be .4g per pound of body weight.
You could take a 2 week diet "break" and just eat at maintenance. Let your body recover from the cut and add some strength back then cut for the remaining 10 lbs.New England Patriot

Assuming your macros and cals are what they should be...That's not an uncommon effect of long term dieting. Whether it's suppression of some hormones such as T and free T needed for mood/libido, elevated cortisol, etc or just stress of dieting making the idea of having sex less in interesting, or combo of them all. It's a good idea to take some time off from dieting after 3 months anyway, perhaps eat maintenance cals for a month, and see how you feel.

My fat intake was set at the recommended minimum so not ideal i guess, i was also in an 800 calorie deficit most days with 1 weekly cheat meal. Really happy with my results though, lost a lot of fat and didn't lose any strength what so ever, in fact i actually gained 2 reps on bench and OHP.
i honestly have zero idea how much zinc i am getting never tracked it before.
Yesterday i decided to ate at maintenance, just going to go by feel for a while and increase fat intake.

It's very common. Just the reduced energy intake tends to have an effect.
A diet break would be a good idea. After 3 months of cutting a week diet break would make sense.
2 things that can help restore sex drive:
- taking regular diet breaks, for example 2 maintenance days every week.
- ketogenic diet seems to have less of an effect on sex drive, could be because of the effect of very high fat intake on hormones.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:

Your body thinks it is in the midst of a famine and procreation is not essential for survival.
