    Body fat estimate

    Wasn't sure where to post this so thought here would be a good spot. Just wondering what you guys and gals think my bf % is currently? I am not planning to compete and haven't been measured in a long time. People ask me all the time what I am at and I always guess 10-12' thoughts? I attached a pic but have more in my profile. Thanks

    I would guess around 10% roughly maybe slightly lower or higher. Get it checked if you want to know! I take my weight and body fat weekly with my scale and Omron fat analyzer.
