Rate my diet
So I’ve been cutting for about 2 weeks now, I weigh 180 at about 20-22 percent body fat
I’m getting about 2000 calories a day
Meal 1
2 eggs
Cup of egg whites
Cup of oatmeal
Meal 2
Plain Greek yogurt
Banana
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Meal 3
Chicken
Asparagus
Few ounces of sweet potatoe
Meal 4
Almonds
Protein shake
Meal 5
Salmon
Spinach
Meal 6
Greek yogurt
Almond butter
And usually for pre workout I’ll replace meal 4 with a protein bar that has plenty of carbs and protein in it
