For breakfast I take full bowl of muesli with some blueberries(around 600-800 calories). Then when im at work i have 4 slices of white bread, with 2 homemade chicken kebabs, in between slces, with ketchup and mayonais (around 800 calories).
Then have a bannana( 100 calories), before I go to gym.
Then after workout, i come home have dinner, usually 2-3 chicken legs, with wither beans or rice(600 calories), and if im still hungy ill eat some cottage cheese(300 calories). I take my mutivitamins and cod liver oil. All together thats around 2500 calories.
Crap thats my TDE, I have just started tracking my calories for first time since ive started lifitng, want to do clean bulk, so need 300-500 calories more

When bulking it's of course less important but just make sure you check and recheck your calories. These stated seem pretty low for what they are. Mega thick bread I imagine is more than 115 cal per slice. Medium sliced half and half is about 80-odd cals, and mega bread is easily twice as thick. (https://groceries.morrisons.com/webs...80750011?dnr=y) Morrisons website says that average cals per slice is just under 160 cals.
6 slices per day could be giving you an extra 300 cals than you think without even realising. Inaccuracies like this add up rapidly"Through Calorie-counting all things are possible" : Phil 19:26

I would replace it with 100% whole grain bread which should satisfy majority of your daily fiber needs (provided you eat 6 slices). Many say whole grain and whole wheat tastes like chit, but I have found that once you get used to it, you actually prefer the taste over white bread. I eat an organic whole grain toast and it packs 5g of fiber and even 6g protein in each slice. Make it count!
