What do you guys think about counting:
Romanian deadlifts/Dimel deadlifts/Stiff leg deadlifts/Straight leg deadlifts/Keystone deadlifts...
Rack pulls/Block pulls/Deficit pulls/Hack pulls?
I think we should count them.
Thanks

I contemplated leaving out warmup reps altogether but I think some warmup reps are close to some people’s work weight or if they compete even heavy singles are warmups so I decided to include them all.
Should we raise the total number? It seemed like it was somewhat difficult to meet the squat goal last year; so, I thought being really conservative with the deadlift goal would allow us to complete it. If we count RDLs etc. then perhaps 100K would be sufficient?
Your thoughts? Thank youLast edited by Nebamartinez; 01-07-2018 at 12:42 PM.

Well guys, I'm in. Here's my total deadlift reps since 2nd Jan:
571 + 121 = 692
For the record I think only variations where the plates touch the floor between each rep (i.e. no RDLs, block or rack pulls) should be counted (which would include regular and deficit deadlifts of any persuasion, conv., sumo, jefferson etc), but I guess we've already started counting RDLs so.....Current PRs: (S/B/D) 145kg / 100kg / 180kg // 2018 goal PRs: 160kg / 110kg / 190kg
