US President Donald Trump has deleted a Tweet citing his "consensual presidency" after the typo was caught by the Twittersphere.
Trump initially misquoted conservative columnist Michael Goodwin with two tweets citing Goodwin as saying:
"'His is turning out to be an enormously consensual presidency. So much so that ... there has never been a day that I wished Hillary Clinton were President. Not one. Indeed, as Trump's accomplishments accumulate, the mere thought of Clinton in the W.H., doubling down on Obama's ... failed policies, washes away any doubts that America made the right choice. This was truly a change election, and the changes Trump is bringing are far-reaching and necessary.' Thank you Michael Goodwin! (Please read entire column) mgoodwin@nypost.com"

New reporting shows his "schedule" is pretty light. https://www.thedailybeast.com/presid...executive-time
He starts his official day at 11am, has a 1 hour lunch and ends shortly after 4pm.
And part of the 4 hours of "work" time is 2 1/2 hours of "executive time" which is short hand for watching TV and calling friends.
This leaves him doing 1 1/2 hours of actual work (2 1/2 if you consider the lunch a working lunch).
At this point it seems he's little more than a figurehead leader that will rubber stamp whatever his party leadership puts in front of him and whatever his advisors tell him needs to be done. There's scant evidence that he has invested any real time to understand the complex issues his administration is tackling and is more comfortable serving as the visible 'front man' much like how he led the Trump organization. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray

I don't like the tweet. I've defended him tweeting. But I don't like this particular one. However, what exactly did he lie about?
He was a very successful business man, top TV star, and he did become president on his FIRST attempt at it. I'm willing to bet that if most ppl experienced the type of success Trump has, they'd probably be cocky, arrogant and just as narcissistic.
A level head can be almost impossible to have with that type of success.Last edited by Jrd86; 01-08-2018 at 09:16 AM.

What surprises me most is the credit people give trump still. You'd think by now it would be blatantly obvious he isn't a troll, just incredibly sensitive and immature. But people still rever him as some PR specialist playing a game so deep that we cant fully comprehend the depths of the effects his words has.
Theres probably people in NK who dont think as highly of their god emperor as some americans think of this infallible man who is Trump.
Don't get me wrong im not commenting on his presidential abilities to get things done or whatever. Just can we all agree its not a ****ing mastermind act and he is in fact an impulsive overly emotional bloke who is kinda annoying. Imagine trump was in your group of mates, he'd be the one you all kinda tolerate when he is there and he'd probably think you were all super good buddies who respected him but secretly you'd all have a better night when he wasn't there and then chat about how lame he was.
