Hi my names Amanda I have competed before last yr I did two figure comps. I did okay with prep but this yr I would like to do better.
I am hoping to do a show in may or June this yr. My current weight is 147.8 my height is 5 8. I work out 5 to 6 days a wk weight training. I do 2 20 min interval sessions 2 steady states and 1 HR interval session . I am currently eight 1810 calories a day. I would appreciate any help I could get regarding prep
