Over 30 Natural Lifter Pics for Motivation

So I've been working pretty hard for 2 years to get my dream body and still have a lot of work to do. Every time I see a guy whose body I would like to have I just know they are juicing like crazy or they are 20 years old. I feel like its impossible for me to get my ideal body at my age (31) naturally. I made huge newbie gains but have leveled off, I know my diet can get better and I can lift more consistently but I still feel sometimes even with all that work I'll never look like a fitness model. I'm still pretty skinny so I know I need to bulk more.

Please post some pics and routines of some 30+ natural guys for some motivation so I know its possible to get my ideal body. My ideal body is the fitness model type, not the crazy huge juiced out look. Is it possible for me to achieve this at my age naturally?

What's the point if you're not willing to work for it anyway? You pretty much said it yourself, you lack the motivation to do better even though you do know where your goals are.

Get at it and be patient and focused, otherwise no amount of perfect goal pictures are going to help.

Patience and consistency, patience and consistency.

I might not be a good example for you...but I'm 49, started lifting at 42, lifetime natural (duh, at 160 pounds right now).

Not huge, not winning titles...but I get 1 or 2 pounds better every year just chugging along with a positive attitude.

It doesn't happen as fast as people like...but it happens if you stick with it for the long haul.

Oh...check out Jeff Cavalier (Athlean X) on YouTube. Older, great attainable Physique, and despite what some haters will say, it's very unlikely hes on anything at his size and Ean body mass.

Not every fit person you see is 'juicing like crazy' or is young. Some people are just gifted with amazing genetics. Those people are rare and, for the other 99.9% of us with less-than-amazing genetics, it just means we have to work a little harder for a little longer and still may not see the same results. But you will see results if you're consistent.

Check out my bio. I also have some pics/video on my channel. I've been accused of using anabolics but I do not. My genetics are above average for bodybuilding/powerlifting. Both of my parents were successful bodybuilders. I was able to do 30 pull ups at age 12 before lifting weights. I have big arms/shoulder/chest and a small waist which adds to the illusion of size. My arms measure 19" and my waist is 33" at the moment. That took 20 years of intense consistent lifting. I only train arms 10 minutes per week. Some people dedicate hours to arm training and they barely grow!

My point is to compare yourself to yourself. There's nothing wrong with having somebody with a great physique to motivate you but don't get disappointed if you train for years and years but look nothing like them.
