No farmhouse sink, lol. I HAD one in there, and had to remove it. It was sealed by the most sticky adhesive I've ever seen, and it had all the clamps around it...with stripped nuts. Lots of fun. It actually didn't go to badly. No major hiccups. I'm finishing the backsplash tonight and I'll take some pics.
Came out pretty nice so far.6'1 - 240lbs

When I went in for my flight physical, the doc referred me to the behavioral health clinic for my sleep issues. They recommended making my room darker, cooler, and quieter, as well as cutting screen time before bed and adding a white noise machine. I've done this, and it's made my sleep marginally better. Need to follow up with my primary doc in the next week or so.
Any of you early risers have sleep tips? Been having some really good workouts lately, but still hitting a brick wall later in the day due to poor sleep.USAF

Happens to all of us Muzzie. Hopefully next one is better.
Not messing with my phone in bed as helped a lot like you mentioned. Other than that being up at 4AM has caused me to be dead exhausted by 9PM. Haven't had much trouble sleeping. I keep my bedroom very cool as well. I can't sleep without a comfy blanket on, so I'll have windows open in the winter, and AC blaring anytime its over 65.6'1 - 240lbs

It's Thursday and I haven't worked out once this week, feels badman. It's the busiest few weeks of my work year, don't have much time or energy until April. I promise I will do some tomorrow, even if it's only ten minutes.
Just get what you can where you can Muzzie! A crap workout is better than none.Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

Took a solid 5 days off to deal with some out of town stuff, back to the grind today and feeling great.
....Too bad I woke up somewhere around 2am. This afternoon is gonna be brutal, but at least I got that workout in.

Up at 5 every morning. Haven't had much time for workouts since my job is deep in our busy season but I did take 2 days off this weekend and took a long 90 minute workout both days.
2 more busy weeks then things should get back to normal. It's a bit of a grind but nearly there.
Have a great day Dawn Patrol.Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

That's a good idea. Just a mental reminder. I've been letting my daughter stay up later which has prolonged my evening duties after she's in bed. Also fuked myself by starting the series Altered Carbon (and finishing) on Netflix. Loved it, and now that I finished I can stop being stupid.

"Slept in" until 6:15 this morning, felt absolutely glorious. Been getting run down by work so gave my body what it wanted. Got a good DL session in yesterday, did reps across at 225 which was a nice variation on my usual single heavy working set of 3 or 5.
Good job on watching Altered Carbon, loved that book and the show was great. I've got a Fitbit that reminds you when it's time for bed, along with the alarm. It helps for sure. You feel kind of silly as an adult having a "bedtime" but whatever, it's setting you up to kick tomorrow square in the balls.Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

Started getting up at 4:30 instead of 5 to give me more time to warm up properly and not feel as rushed. Officially up more than 15 pounds this bulk since late August (avi - 5’8.5”, 155), weighing in the low 170s consistently in the mornings now. Probably another 3 weeks then I’ll start cutting. I was recently measured at 9.5% BF with a caliper, but I’m probably really 12-13%. Want to get to a legit 9-10% again this summer.

It sound silly but we as adults have to remember that we often times let life overtake us and forget about needs we have.....such as sleep. Little reminder doesn't hurt!
I may start throwing in higher rep deadlift sets at the end of my back workout days.
Welcome brah, goodluck with the bulking! Sounds like you're doing it well.6'1 - 240lbs

Have been reducing my caffeine intake as well. 1-2 cups in the morning and an espresso in the afternoon. I work out in the AMs so the coffee is my only PWO.
Real life has been kicking my butt but I've gotten 3 workouts in this week. Only about 30m apiece but better than nothing. SHould have more time soon.Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

Back into the morning gym routine after a while of PM workouts due to my rec hockey schedule. hoping to gain a couple more pounds before I start cutting. Not sure why but I feel far more alert and “in the zone” during morning workouts, even when tired. No pre or caffeine before either. Might have something to do with the HBBs at the gym that early...

No stress or thoughts of what happened that day brah. Morning is a blank slate - I love waking up with AM cardio, mind is empty and almost meditating, just sipping coffee on my exercise bike and warming up the body.
Garage gym is set up so that the bike faces out the garage door - I open it and just stare out at the world waking up and the sky starts getting lighter.Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

Alarm was 5:30 but I woke up naturally at 5, das it fam. I get run down from work/stress this time of year, so seeing my body say I gave it enough rest is a good sign.
Squats was 135x5x10 at a high intensity superset w weighted chins, then 40m on the bike while sipping a coffee. Gonna be a GREAT day crew.Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.
