There are way more protein rich foods to choose from than tuna
Ask your parents about that
This is the EPA guidelines to fish consumption/mercury

Im seriously trying to comprehend if some people here are trolling or just plain st*pid.
People clearly tell them something is not healthy or something is dangerous and the reason why...and frigin id*ots coming out saying I did this for X time and im fine, so its not true!!!! I mean seriously is the population nowadays really so unintelligent or what, I seriously fail to comprehend.
Someone smoked for 5 years and is fine, smoking must be fine and completely risk free and healthy.
Someone played russian roullete for weeks and was fine, it must not be dangerous at all.
For god sakes.....its really hard to comprehend this amount of st*pidity it really is.

I agree with this. Smoking is a great example.
Anyways, here's one study looking at mercury in fish from 2003: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...61813X03000809
Here's a list of all of the studies that have referenced that one; feel free to look through these for a more comprehensive outlook: https://scholar.google.com/scholar?c...odt=1,36&hl=en
