Hey so I'm 16 years old and been Lifting for 1 year I have seen some good gains but I also have some fat.
So my Goal this year was to drop to 10% and gain as much lean muscle as I can.
How should I start ?

Shoot for roughly .5-1lb of weight gain a week as a beginner. Hit .8g of protein per lb of body weight, .45g of fat per lb of body weight, fill rest of calories as you see fit. Lift heavy and often, do cardio, sleep and repeat.
